Our approach is different to the majority of &quotmedical tourism&quot providers, who take a percentage from the clinics. We charge a fee from the patient. This allows us to source more competitive offers for your treatment from an unlimited range of providers. We coordinate services to get you the best treatment. We understand the need for medical confidentiality and so we only work for with your consent to forward your medical records to selected clinics. This information will allow a recommended course of treatment and a quotation for its cost. As with all medical interventions, the final choice is yours.

Discuss your case with your doctor(s). Ask yourself if your expected improvement (quality of life) is worth X amount of money. Do not expect doctors or friends to know anything about overseas clinics. (To be fair, someone who has been treated for a bee sting in, say, Barcelona, can at least report that the A&E department was clean. But you&aposre not going to A&E.) Avoid any hard sell, especially from clinics, or indeed us. Do not take a hasty decision. Focus on the quality of care, especially if your case is complex. Think carefully about your priorities, we use them to select clinics. Your UK doctor will be in charge of your after care on return to the UK. Check that he is happy to get your medical notes through us. Be prepared to follow rigorously the recommendations about physiotherapy, diet, check ups, etc.

Send us your authority to search and a deposit of 240 pounds. this will be deducted from our final fee or returned to you if we fail to find a clinic willing to take your case. Give us written authority (signed and countersigned) to receive your medical data. You have the right to access your own health records and if you have an email capable of sending very large files you can send us them yourself. Complete our initial questionnaire. Routinely we complete the S2 forms for you but do not count on reimbursement. Complete our second medical questionnaire. During this time we canvas treatment centres and physicians to get the best offer fitting your priorities, so it is important to inform us of all your medical notes so that the clinic can provide an accurate assessment. You can then choose which clinic you prefer. Complete the third questionnaire, which the clinic / hospital may require before travel (recommended) or on arrival. We recommend that you pay your treatment fees through us, which eliminates your exchange rate risk, though you may choose to pay the clinic&aposs fee and our commission separately.
